CUSTOM NAMES APPLICATION

The Custom Names Application allows visitors to a website to enter their contact information. The contact information is then stored in a MySQL database and can be viewed via any internet connected device. Collected information may include but is not limited to:

• Company Name
• Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Reason For Contact
• Etc.

The site visitor will receive an confirmation email and if cell phone number is included, a confirmation text.

The website owned will also receive confirmations when a new name is added.

Once you have a list of names, you can search for names.

You can print names to paper and PDF.

You can export names
